ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance and Financial Services Representative of David Cripe State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships in insurance and financial services.
- Acquire New Customers through a needs based selling approach
- Consult customers with comprehensive financial planning and insurance options.
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services.
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Licenses in Property/Casualty insurance and Life/Health to be acquired
          Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in Little Elm, TX on Highway 380.
- Our office is open 9am-6pm Monday-Thursday and 9am-5pm on Friday.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
